Welcome to Shel777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Shel777 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at shel777.cam ("the Platform").

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active Shel777 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering in your own name and for your own personal use only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or commercial enterprise.
• You have not previously been excluded from gambling platforms under a self-exclusion programme.
• You do not hold an existing active Shel777 account under any name or email address.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming activities are not expressly prohibited under local law.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair your judgment at the time of registration.

Shel777 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an account at any time where these eligibility criteria are not, or cease to be, satisfied.

To access the full range of Shel777 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and up to date.

You are required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your identity document; a valid email address; a Malaysian mobile phone number; your date of birth; and your preferred currency (Malaysian Ringgit — MYR).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. Shel777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

Only one Shel777 account is permitted per person, per household address, and per device. Accounts found to be in violation of this rule will be subject to immediate closure and balance forfeiture.

Shel777 is obligated to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process is a standard compliance requirement across the online gaming industry and is in place to protect both players and the integrity of the Platform.

You will be required to submit the following documents when initiating your first withdrawal, or at any time when requested by Shel777:

• Proof of Identity: Clear photograph of your Malaysian MyKad (front and back), or a valid international passport.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of your registered e-wallet (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost) or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Proof of Address (if requested): A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document displaying your residential address in Malaysia, dated within the last 90 days.

KYC verification is typically completed within 30 minutes during business hours. Shel777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Withdrawal processing will be paused until KYC is satisfactorily completed. We do not charge any fee for the KYC process.

Shel777 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and accepted cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 (or the equivalent in accepted cryptocurrency). There is no maximum deposit limit, although high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification checks in accordance with our KYC obligations.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Shel777 does not accept third-party deposits. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from another person into your account, constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Shel777 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check your payment provider's current fee schedule before initiating a deposit.

Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If you experience a delay in your deposit appearing in your account, contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met: (a) your KYC verification is complete; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied; (c) your withdrawal amount does not exceed your applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limit; and (d) your account is in good standing with no pending disputes, security reviews, or fraud flags.

Estimated processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes, subject to payment provider processing times.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): Typically 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Direct Bank Wire Transfer: Typically 15–60 minutes; may be longer outside business hours.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC): Typically 10–60 minutes, subject to blockchain network confirmation times.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. Shel777 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request it considers unusual or high-risk.

Shel777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on each individual promotion page, and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary per promotion and will be clearly stated at the time of claiming.
• The maximum bet allowed when wagering with active bonus funds is RM 250–RM 500 per bet, depending on the specific promotion. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to clearing a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. The full contribution table is stated on each promotion's terms page.
• Bonuses have an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claiming. Uncompleted wagering requirements after expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer only once, unless otherwise stated.
• Shel777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or coordinated betting strategies designed to minimise risk while exploiting bonus terms — constitutes Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

All wagers placed on the Shel777 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or sports event in question. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.

Sports Betting: Shel777 offers betting on sporting events including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, the UEFA Champions League, UFC, and various other international sporting fixtures. Odds are subject to change prior to the start of an event. Settled odds are final once an event concludes and markets are resolved.

In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted at Shel777's discretion. Shel777 reserves the right to suspend or remove in-play markets at any time. Bets accepted after an event has concluded due to a technical delay will be voided and stakes returned.

Casino Games: All slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Game results are final once a round is completed. Technical malfunctions occurring during a game session may result in the round being voided and stakes returned.

Shel777 reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in error, as a result of system malfunction, or in circumstances constituting Prohibited Conduct.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Shel777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances held within your account:

• Registering more than one Shel777 account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal details to register or operate an account.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse bonus terms through coordinated betting, matched betting strategies using multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play in multiplayer games.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose related to financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to place bets on events where you have inside knowledge that constitutes market manipulation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any Shel777 staff member or other player through any communication channel.

All content on the Shel777 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of Shel777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

Unauthorised use of any Shel777 intellectual property — including scraping, mirroring, or reproducing Platform content — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shel777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, or delay in operation; (c) any loss of data or winnings resulting from a technical malfunction beyond Shel777's reasonable control; (d) any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Shel777 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uptime for any specific period.

In all cases where Shel777's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of real money funds deposited into your account in the twelve (12) months prior to the date of the relevant claim.

Shel777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

Shel777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period of request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or financial crime.
• Engagement in any form of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10.
• Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age.
• Player requests account closure as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gambling measure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure — including real money funds, pending bonuses, and pending winnings — may be forfeited in full. Shel777 will make reasonable efforts to return legitimate real money deposits where no fraud has been established.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Any outstanding real money balance will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method within 3–5 business days, subject to KYC completion.

Shel777 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or through a notification displayed upon login.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page, with the effective date displayed at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not accept any amendments to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to request account closure. Shel777 will process your outstanding real money balance in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and online entertainment regulations.

Shel777 does not accept jurisdiction claims from specific territorial courts as a condition of these Terms, given the international nature of online gaming operations. Each party agrees that any proceedings shall be conducted in English.
